Text, Images, Files: How do I add a link to an image?

1. Click the edit icon after selecting an image

2. Click the link icon

3. Set the link target

If the link is to a page on the same site use the Internal link menu (1). To link to an external page, past the URL in to the External link field (2). If you want the link to open a new window, use the Link Target menu (3).
